There have been a few things, like telling you to equip an upgrade on a unit that cannot equip that upgrade. I can't remember which article that was, though.

That was the Scions I believe with Trumpets or something.

I sure am. Daqan and Waiqar and any other non elf factions, I'll buy enough to field a decent 200 point army. Like 2 cores, infranty command and heroes.

Elves on the other hand, I'll buy them ALL, none for anyone else, I apologize in advance.

Thats basically how i am for Daqans and everyone else: i focus on Daqan but i want a playable force of the others. I went halvsies on a 2nd core so i got 2 cores of Daqan but only 1 of Waiqar, however i think i'd rather buy the expansions for them because the unit-specific upgrades (by that i mean the ones that come in their box intended for THAT unit, even though nothing so far is hardfixed to a single unit except hero stuff) are rather important for them to function while Spearmen can basically do as they please with a golem and shield wall lol.

Reanimates just....dont do much for me. They feel like theyre locked at a wonky initiative and no real way to deal with it - for now. Command box + the cards in the Reanimates box will change that imo.

Tbh, the only reason i chose Daqan is because i have a thing for golems for some reason. And i freakin' love the Rune Golem model lol. My undead actually look kinda terrifying with their Lich King scheme while the Daqans just look...generic...and it makes me sad

I read a synopsis on boardgamegeek that said the Latari was the last of the ten tribes. So when they talk about the other tribes they may be talking about the remnants of those tribes.
