Looks great! Maybe the Dragon province? Or a Dragon holding even? I guess we'll see tomorrow

My money is on a neutral province since FFG has been giving us neutral cards lately and I don't expect it to stop until after Lion fortnight ends. I could also see it being a neutral event or maaaaybe a holding. Could easily be a Dragon card as well.

EDIT: Upon a further closer look, I suspect that it might be "somethingy" Dragon, and a Dragon province is certainly possible.

Let me guess - Forced March? Ready every character involved in the current battle and declare a new attack on a different province with the same attacking army.
