Is there any way to make something semi competitive using Y-Wing + Rebel Aces and as few as possible other sets for beginner?

This list uses Rebel Aces, an A-wing expansion and your Y-wing expansion. Strength in numbers. The trick will be blocking with Farlander to line up Procket shots for your A-wings, then reverse the process and block with your A-wings to line up shots for Farlander. Start with your Y-wing in the rear, then kite with it as much as you can with a range 1-2 turret. It isn't pretty, but with practice you should win some games.

From what you got. I would make this list:

Biggs Darklighter (25)

Gold Sq. Y-wing, Ion Cannon Turret, R2 (24)

Prototype pilot A-wing, Chardaan Refit (15)

The A-wing should bump the opponents ships, so they cannot take actions. Biggs is there to protect your other ships and ruin you opponents plans. The Y-wing also messes up your opponents plans with the ion turret. Poe takes focus for his ability and can survive by regenerating.

If you buy an expansion. I would suggest K-wing expansion, which is a great expansion, that will bring you alot closer to competitive builds for small amount of money. With this you could make this semi-competitive build:

Miranda Doni, Twin Laser Turret, Extra Munitions, Bombardier, Conner Net, Ion Bombs, Advanced SLAM (46)

Biggs Darklighter, R2-D2 (25)

Gold Sq. Y-wing, Twin Laser Turret, R2 (25)

Here Biggs again protect your other ships and ruin you opponents plans while the Twin Laser Turrets and bombs on Miranda kills their ships.
