However in Epic, it is going to be a star for anyone taking the CR-90. Back then the only way to get anything from <focus> results is by taking Han Solo <crew> and then Weapons Engineer to get more than one use per turn. However with this guy every weapon with a focus result can be rerolled. Break out the Ion cannons. So just like the Tantive IV Map in Battlefront 2, these Wookies belong on the bridge shooting tropeoes. If Worf can do it, I'm sure these guys can do a better job.

So lets make some CR-90 builds with this guy. I got one.

Id rather take Esque and recspec to have two attacks of focus mods. I like chewie in the cr90 to soak up a crit.

commandos are nice in the epic ship, but the opportunity cost makes me unsure if i want to fit them in. We'll see. I do prefer jainas light as well. And you have to pay 4 pts to put them on the tantive. Youd have only the wookiees and weapons engineer, and be more suspectible to crits.

Okay I think we all can say, in Standard play Wookie Commandos are a terrible upgrade even for 1 point.

There is a question on Commandos being a double crew and that is if you are allowed to split the upgrade card among the different sections of the CR-90. The Raider didn't have that problem because both crew slots are on the aft section. If that is the case then the Tantive IV would be a requirement for any Wookie Commando CR-90 (I guess there was no Dodana's Pride Map in Battlefront).

If you can split it then any title is fine although you may still chose the Tantive IV for more options. But that is the thing about the CR-90, you always have to use offensive options for your <crew> upgrades since they don't have a single card that sets them up to do guaranteed damage (and for over 100 points that is a must). Even with Han you still need Weapons Engineer to fill up the other <crew> slot and be able to use Han for more than a single attack each turn. Rebels don't have anything like Vader which is the perfect offensive <crew>. Although you may argue that you will need either a shield technician or construction droids to deal with the self inflicting damage, but then you end up with both offensive and defensive options for your <crew> upgrades where CR-90 is just offensive unless you bring the Tantive title.
