Customer Service Help

I opened a gravity feed display and one of my boosters packs contained a QUADJUMPER card with a BOWCASTER die.

I've contacted Asmodee parts request twice now. The first correspondence is below:

Game Title: Star Wars Destiny : Spirit of Rebellion Booster Pack
Component type: Dice
Details: I opened a display box of Star Wars Destiny: Spirit of Rebellion. Among the cards I received there was a pack containing a Quadjumper (#58) with a Bowcaster die (#48). The missing die was not in any of the other packs that I opened. So I am left with a Quadjumper card without a die and a Bowcaster die without a card.

I included a photo with all the dice and the legendary cards and respective dice as they were packaged.

I followed this request up with another claim as directed, including my purchase receipt. I don't have the complete details of second message I sent but the response is below:

As per Asmodee's Star Wars Destiny customer service policy ( http://parts.asmodeena.com/about.php ) I would like a BOWCASTER card to go with the BOWCASTER die that the booster pack came with.

Has anyone else run into problems with their customer service?

Does anyone have any suggestions how I can get this resolved?

I really like this game, but responses like this really sour my enjoyment of the game.

Update: I heard from Asmodee Customer Support and the matter was happily resolved. Thanks for your assistance.

If you have a receipt and send them a photo they will gladly send you another booster pack. That's the B.S. statement I got for getting a warped Darth Vader die. The amount of money I spent and it seems to me that if this is a collectable game then they need to replace the defective part or at least the value of it. Replace the die or send me 15 boosters, (It's value). I mean I spent far more than that trying to get it.
