Hey everyone! New to the competitive X-wing scene here. I've only played some casually with friends, and I'm working on a list for this Saturday.

Based on what I own, I'm thinking Kir Kanos, Whisper+Trick Shot, The Inquisitor+Trick Shot, Epsilon Leader.

Keep in mind I have basically no upgrade cards besides those that come in the core set and Heroes of the Rebellion. I got a lot of Imperial ships all sans upgrades, which has been awesome for casual play, but looks meh for tournament.

The Imperial ships I have are: VT-49 Decimator, Lambda Shuttle, Tie Bomber x3, Tie Punisher x1, Tie Advanced x1, Tie Advanced Prototype x1, Tie Phantom x1, Tie Defender x3, Tie Interceptor x5.

Any suggestions for the Tournament Noob besides have fun?

How do you like to fly? Based on what you have, I might put together a Decimator/Defender list. Oicun/Vessery could be a really good time. Lots of health, lots of dice, and you'd be maneuverable enough.

Without upgrades, it will be tough, I would just try a swarm of some kind:
