Quick question- and obviously spoilers, so scram you Rebel scum

Return to Echo Base has a section where an Imperial reserved group deployment is dependent on how many boons the Rebels have. Because of this, only 1 of the 3 groups reserved for this event get deployed.

What happens to the rest? I'm running Armored Onslaught, so I wouldn't mind bringing some droids, but this event eats up a lot of them. Do the non-used groups get added to open groups afterward? Or, as I am afraid of, are they just locked down for the rest of the mission?

Unfortunately, they are unavailable for the rest of the mission.

Reserved groups can only be deployed by mission rules/events. If the mission rules/events do not deploy them (either by not doing it or never triggering), they are still reserved groups and can only be deployed by mission rules/events.

Yeah, that's what I figured. Bummer.
