Added to cart then tried purchasing and said sold out, so I went back to cart and tried again and it worked!
So I submitted for both and the site showed that both events were added to my cart, then I went to my cart and there were no spots left. Happen to anyone else?

Man, this is sounding ridiculous for getting into a card game. I don't mean to sound negative in any way, but I wasn't thinking that there would be this much demand for this setting....
Godammit. In between confirming the tickets and confirming my billing information, everything was sold out. Not even sold out in a minute. Sold out in under 20 seconds. I'm pretty upset. ;_;

Same. Except I was 1 in line...
Try again, as long as they get in your cart, keep trying to purchase. Eventually mine worked and I saw that others also eventually got it.
Processed wish list right at opening, was 20 in line the first time, came back with "no tickets available." Tried a couple of more times got the same error before it showed as being sold out.
Oh well, I'll bring generics if my first couple of rounds of Imperial Assault don't go well.
If it's in your cart, the ticket is yours. I think their billing system is just borked.
Just try another CC or something.

Show up with generics. At 700 people, I bet a lot won't show up.
I also wonder how many people are using this as an easy way to get a core without having to brave the booth line. I wager its more than a handful.

Still, suppose that after failing once again to secure a ticket, I no longer care about the tournament itself, but would still like to show up and celebrate the franchise's return in the full-on courtier regalia I was preparing: could I do so?
If in your cart, try again. It worked for me 2nd time after going back to cart and seeing tickets in there. First time around it failed.

From what I've seen on the GenCon forums, a lot of them. And it won't matter if you show up with generics to a closed box tournament and there are seats but no boxes left because people came, got their box, and left. =/

I tried three times. Every time, it told me "sold out." Then when I went back into my cart to try again, they weren't there anymore. Like I said, I'm more than a little annoyed.

I know generics won't help for those that actually show up a then leave. It's for those that don't show up period.
