Can I deploy my fighters from RLB after manoeuvre from ET or QS? Of course assuming I've got FC.

You can make your maneuver, use ET, and place your squadrons with RLB after the ET.

Yes - IF you have Flight Commander in your Officer Slot

Otherwise, you are restricted to the command timing that is specificed - which is a Squadron command - which is normally done after you reveal a dial.

Which, understandably, is before performing any maneuver, or attacking - its basically at the start of the activation sequence.
