what would a Thrawn crew look like?

There are already several ships that can do that without requiring prediction, the difficulty to use makes the power reasonable.
I've made one a while ago for Epic. We had a blast with it back then, taking down his ship was the hardest thing ever and my most memorable X-Wing match to date.

Once per round, you can chose another ship. Remove all evade, focus and blue target locks from that ship. You may then add any of those tokens to friendly ships.
