how does FFG handle Maneuver Cards and other unofficial Maneuver references? Are those allowed on official tournaments or are the player forced to take the inlays with the maneuvers with them?

I've never once heard of anyone being kicked out of an event or being told they can't use a reference sheet. I have to imagine as long as it only covers stuff in FFG documents/in lays it'll be fine. I use the big reference card available on the forums which is great.

Technically third party information is not legal, but TOs up to the very top of the OP staff have confirmed that as long as it's literally only the manouevre references that are freely available on the back of the ship pack anyway, there's no problem with people bringing them.

It is not third party information. It is public information, it is in the tournament rules that you can ask for any information about game component. Third party information is some that would give you cue on game state or you writing done tactics against some match up.
