New Cards you'd like to see for Blue Heroes

I like the idea a lot - I'm thinking of stealing something like this for a custom card. I still think it's a little too powerful with eLuke, honestly. With no way to mitigate Luke or Makashi training, that could be a ton of unpreventable damage per turn. There's also no way to stop it without killing Yoda, so I don't think an elite version would be any more overpowered. I'd say elite is fine.

I did make a custom prequel-inspired Yoda a while back, but I agree that Yoda is more fun as a support-type character like Maz, so I did give him the ability to train other characters and give them Force abilities:

Interesting Yoda although I loathe the prequels.

As to my True Yoda, I think the easiest way to prevent him being OP with eLuke is to boost his cost a little, say to 12. So...

Character: Yoda - Blue Hero

Cost:12 (no elite die)

Health 10

Sides: 1 Resource, 2 Resource, 2 Discard, 2 Discard, 2 manipulate, 2 manipulate

Ability: While this character is in play, opponents may not remove Blue character or ability dice from your dice pool.

The idea behind this character is giving Blue a counter to die control decks and also a consistent source of mill and dice manipulation. I gave it only one die and no damage sides both as thematic for the true Yoda (Original Trilogy) and balance - as with two dice this character would be OP.

Old man Han. He, of course is not blue but would be awesome. (Drop the Mic)

Yes he would. Special. Remove this character from the game to deal damage to another character equal to half of this character reaming health points.

Great idea!

Or, for full thematic fluff, old Han has the exact same dice and ability as Obi Wan, but his dice has Ranged instead of Melee and his ability gives a yellow instead of a blue card.

But since FFG only hates blue hero, old Han is mysteriously 4 points cheaper than old Ben.

I thought the same thing.

Jedi Holocron:

Upgrade, Cost 0, sides +1 focus, +1 melee, +1resource, special, special, blank.

Special: remove this card from play to find a card in your deck or discard pile and put it in your hand. Shuffle your draw deck afterwards.

Yoda, 900 years old:

cost 22/30, hp 15

sides: 3 melee, 3 melee, 3 shields, 1 focus, 1 resource, blank.

When you activate this character, name a card. Look at your opponents hand, if the named card is in it, discard it.

Interesting, I almost hit Thrawns ability.

Yoda should be more like this:

-No blank

-Low cost

-Strange abilitie or abilities that doesnt do real immediate damage, but helps you overall

-Low numbers on dice and unremovable
