Assaj and Ketsu

Have a store championship coming u[ and wanted to bring double Lancers (Assaj and Ketsu) to take a break from the swarm I've been flying. Played a few games with different variations and I find myself having difficulties choosing between EU and Gyros as well as the EPT's on each. It seems like with different builds you can tank with Assaj and give Ketsu the ability to flank with EU, there's the "Go Green" builds with k4's and Gyros, lists loaded with glitterstims and countermeasures. Too many good variations to try in time! Has anyone had any success with and could suggest any builds with both Assaj and Ketsu? Any list archetypes place high in championships or worlds?

Youve got 2 Lancers, all right, but they're completely different animals. Ketsu kisses badguys on the nose before tossing them into an asteroid for fully modified range one +1 hit attacks, brawling like a madwoman, and Assaj keeps in tight, dumping cargo, stressing badguys to hell, and generally living forever.

I think VI needs to be on Ketsu. Any kind of ace will do everything in their power to get out of the range 1 arc of ketsu and avoid the tractor token. K4 and 1 tractor token usually means your still pushing damage thru at range 1. Otherwise, I like the build. I could probably make an argument to drop one of the glitterstims for more of an initiative bid, but that's not a must.

VI is another entirely valid option. I really just like to double down on her "headbutt-into submittion" attack style.

Oh, I get the idea. And I'm not dismissing it as a bad idea, but I have a guy in my area that runs fenn/torp boats exclusively. And VI, plus an initiative bid is the only way your really going to get Fenn in arc at range one. Well, unless you bump. I have a Ketsu/Bossk list that has a score to settle and cluster missiles on Bossk. To watch Fenn, with 2 tractor tokens, explode in one round of shooting just makes the day great.

This was the current one I've been playtesting too.
