The idea is Biggs doing his thing, Poe draws damage off him, they both regen using their droids. Nien is there for damage output, and the BB-8 and knock TL's off of everybody. I want to know ways to improve this list. I'm open to re-placing Nien, but I wanted to keep black one off of Poe so he can fly with Biggs, and regenerate with a focus token.

This falls into the "Biggs Walks the Dogs" archetype. You can stretch your damage mitigation by running R4-D6 on Biggs, and regen droids with Draw their Fire on both of the other X-wings.

That's true, but than you lost some of the ability to knock off tl's with BB-8 and black one. And you'd want to do that since ordinance is the work-around for Biggs.
