Please stop giving more FFG more ideas for obscure canon ships. I think most of the forum would be infinitely happier if they just released a new X-Wing, B-Wing, A-Wing, Tie Interceptor, Tie Fighter or Bomber expansion with better pilots and new cards.
I am already dreading the day that I will have to fight 4 wookiee gunships.....
Canon Imperial ship that hasen't been released

Databank calls it a "repuslorlift vehicle" so probably not capable of space flight. I don't have a problem with atmospheric vehicles in the game, as long as their size, speed and maneuverability are appropriate for the scale and mechanics of the game. Put this thing in a wave with Rogue Squadron T-47's, and Cloud Car for Scum.
Hmm, well it ain't no gunboat (Why Does Disney hate old Lucas arts games?) But it does look like something in store for the future of X-wing ships. You can see them in the artwork for the G4H card below.
I wonder if these ships will also be able to fly backwards.

BEEEEE BOOOOO BEEEEE BOOOOO. . . .
More annoyance while playing the game? Yay!

FINALLY someone is on the same page as me and wants a Reaper.

No, we WANT the new stuff. Makes the game more diverse and prevents running out of ideas on squad building.
Cannon Imperial ship that hasn't been released?
Oh, you said
Canon
...
Come on... Nobody here cares about Tie Hunter?
Sooooo stylish *_*
Oh no! It's Director Krennic!
TIE Scout
2 attack, 2 defense, 10 hull 2 shields
Focus, Coordinate, Jam, TL
Crew, System (x2), Tech (x2), Team
As a scout-support ship this could be a great way to enhance the power of the Empire.

How's THAT for Imperial revival?
3 attack for 2 lasers?
6 hull? (It's even smaller than a TIE Interceptor)
2 shields? (It's known to have weak shields)
I did a TIE Hunter custom expansion once , and it is an interesting ship, as long as it is released AFTER the Gunboat.

Nvm. I thought it had wing-mounted cannons.
But if it was supposed to be a TIE X-Wing, why would it be so weakly armored?

Good question. It's actually more like an utilitarian TIE Interceptor.

Too Hull (Think about it: Upsilon, Slave I, Hound's Tooth has 6 hull and are all very big ships. The maximun Hull for small ships is 5 already in K Wing and Y Wing). Something as 2/3/3/2 or 3/3/3/2 makes me think that in the Hunter as a very interesting ship (personally, I'd prefer ships with 2 primary and cost less points in order to have a more flexible ship in terms of point values in your squad), also, I could add with a Title which substract 1 red dice to the primary weapon of enemy ships at 1 distance. That will let Imperials to stop partially that thing about "4 dices are the new 3 dices". I think the Tie Hunter was pretty hard to catch at short distance and it will be interesting for countering those Fenn Rauses, and catch at distance 1 those ships with TLTs and 2 primary weapon (Yes, I'm looking at YOU K-Wing
).
By the way, @Odanan I like the pilots which are in your custom cards. Maybe I add a tech or system slot, as suggested by @Celestial Lizards

Actually the TIE Bomber has 6 Hull as I recall.

ohhhhh I knew I was forgetting something X_X
I agree though that Small ships with that much hull should be rare. The TIE Bomber is a whole lot bulkier than the TIE Hunter.
The Hunter needs a niche of its own, so that it doesn't tread on the roles of comparable ships (TIE Defender, TIE Advanced).
In-universe, it was the closest thing the Empire had to a "Special Forces TIE" - but the First Order have their own version. Maybe draw inspiration from that - keeping in mind that the Hunter doesn't have a rear gunner?
Having a passion for the Hunter, I'd love to see it. (Not sure why everyone insists on cramming systems into everything, though)
2/3/3/2 do a proper reverse X-Wing. The upgrade bar is [Cannon][Torp][Torp] - despite being a competitor to X-Wings it has an identical weapon loadout to Y-Wings with the cannons and amount of torpedoes. Despite shields and hyperdrives they're supposed to still be fast, so probably boost on the action bar. FFG's RPGs put them in the same speed categories as the X-Wing and TIE/LN so they probably have a good level of speed to the dial, but compared to the X-Wing more green (It has a better handling rating and Strain Threshold). The fact that it's designed as a superiority and anti-ace platform can come out in pilot abilities and other upgrades.
