I am working on a custom expansion, and was wondering if Anyone have the Gaming/size scale figure out for the varies units? What scale are the Cap ships roughly, what scale are the Fighters, what scale are the ground troops and Vehicles?
Ship/fighter/ground Unit scale
I was wondering this so I could order/design additional custom units, such as TIE Bombers, & Imperial Raider Corvettes.
It's hard to answer your question, because it's hard to understand what sort of scale you are talking about.
The game does not take scale into account. Obviously not at the level of the models. Taking the basic Star Destroyer as the baseline, then a fighter would be the size of a sugar (if not salt) granule, and the Death Star should be a beach ball.
So, I assume you mean a different type of scale - as in numbers. At the galactic scale, the Empire should have thousands of star destroyers, and millions of TIE fighters, and tens of millions of stormtroopers. So, each mini does not represent one of each - except the Death Star. But how many they DO represent is anyone' guess.
I am looking to get 3D printed new units and was trying to figure out if there is a size(scale such a 1/7000 or 15mm, etc...) to look for them.
There is no consistent scale. The best I can tell you is the fighters are close to the size of the Armada fighters and those are around 1/900, but that game doesn't have a uniform scale either. So I would go with what looks good on the board.

oh, in that case, as NukeMaster said: for the fighters, Armada squadrons would work just fine. Mel Miniatures also has a number of different things in that scale you might be interested in.

Indeed it does not have a single scale, but it does seem to have a curvilinear regressive scale (bigger the ship; smaller the scale). Even so, the ships are a touch too large for Rebellion - but, one might still work with it.
I mean, the bigger the thing, the bigger it is in the game (but smaller in scale)- but I don't know if there's much science behind it, or if it's just on a figure to figure basis. Like, I could be wrong, but I seriously doubt that the Mon Cal and Star Destroyers are scaled in relation to each other.
