JumpMaster 5000; how long have you got lol. Dengar/Expertise/K4/Unhinged/Punishing One is a very strong build but there are loads.

Kihraxz Fighter; until Vaksai, FIVE CARTEL MARAUDERS is probably the best build, once Vaksai hits, Talonbane/Mindlink/Engine/AT/PRS/Vaksai (filling the remaining slots with 1 point stuff if need be) will be good.

Lancer-class Pursuit Craft; Assaj/Mindlink or PTL/Latts Razzi, flavour to taste with illicits, Gyros or Engine Upgrade. Ketsu is also good, using K4 or Dengar.

M3-A Interceptor; Genesis Red/HLC/PRS/Heavy Scyk/VI or Mindlink.

Protectorate Starfighter; Fenn/AT/CDP/Mindlink

Quadjumper; probably not any really strong competitive builds to be honest. I know one did well at Euros though, so whatever that one was.

Scurrg H-6 Bomber; (Pending Release) too soon to comment

StarViper; Guri/Intensity/Virago/FCS/Glitterstim/Autothrusters, adding SVMk2 when it's out.

YV-666; Bossk/VI or Fearlessness/Cluster Missiles/K4/Dengar/Crane/Chips, adding a third crew to taste from the many good 1 point ones.

Y-Wing; Thug/TLT/Unhinged is still the gold standard but Kavil is not bad with TLT/Mindlink/Vectored Thrusters/Unhinged.

Z-95 Headhunter; N'Dru/VI or Mindlink or Lone Wolf or Deadeye/Clusters/Stim or Crane/Chips.
