Looking forward to playing with four torpedoes, with racks and task force Antilles. Five hull and three damage mitigation is great for a ship that needs to get in close. Maybe flying them with home one to use the red or blue to make the black damage stick.

Just you wait until Sato APTs are unleashed from long range and then you take another face up when you get rammed, but you can't kill that ship because the force ghost of Darklighter flows through the Hammerhead and all the damage you deal gets moved around, then the Assault Pelta (also has APTS) triggers Shields to Max and all the damage is healed creating a never ending cycle of APTs and damage mitigation.
We will all wish for Rieekan by end time wave 7 rolls around....
Otherwise I'm pleased with the hammerhead. Gunna be a fun wave.

I think they really hit the points balance on the nose, I super hope they put two of each Task Force title in though...

I do think these have potential as Sato torpedo platforms. I'm thinking TF Organa, APT, and either OE or even GT.
Cheap enough torpedo platforms that you could still fit in the squadron support Sato demands.

You got me worried for one minute. But then I saw that there is a pile of face down cards on the left of the picture. I expect the second copy of each task force to be there.
I have voiced my concern to FFG that they could provide two copies of cheap generic upgrades instead of one, especially when only available in a single big pack (Skilled First Officer comes to mind as a perfect example where a second copy would have been welcome)
But I refuse to believe they could have only put a single of each task force in the pack. That would be soooo bad.
When considering the cost efficiency of the ship, I think task forces should be part of the equation. Both look like very good deals as soon as you are planning to pack more than one hammerhead.
And then each of the card displayed looks like a satisfactory new option to me.

Given how Hondo is in the series, I think the appropriate way to play is to make your own Hondo and keep using him until you're called out on it.

You are just dropping hysterical nonsense here. You cant do face UP damage ramming from a title and spread 1 damage taken to another HH with another title. You cant have both.

From multiple ships? That corvettes will last 1 turn, you want us to put it into close range to do whatever fancy stuff and last one more turn to trigger it? No wonder why rebels win everything, we must excel in tactics... and luck.

This seems unlikely. If they give two each I'd think we're more likely to buy three boxes to run six than just two boxes to run two.

-Gonna love whipping these things around at Speed 3 with Madine
-Love the lower speed maneuverability.
-I love the cheap one as a black die platform. With a black anti-squad and black side arcs, I'm going to be hard pressed to run anything but OE on them.
-HEH. No rear arc. Though I suppose we could have seen that in the announcement.
-Maybe I'll use my Rapid Reload alt arts on these...? But based on their likely survivability, ER will likely still be better.
-No synergy with Ackbar really. To get EA on the more Scout, you're already at 51 points and why not take a TRC90.
-Ruthless Strategists might not be too bad on these guys, or Flechette and OE. They could be a nice little equivalent to a squad hunting Raider.
