Yes, but also assuming that the pack they originated from is legal for play.

Yes, but the coloration is slightly different, as is the card stock. This is why opaque sleeves are required at larger events.

That's fine, we play casual games at my club and I assemble all the decks for the group. Once there's significant play, I'll sleeve them but until then that sort of minor issue isn't going to affect our level of play. Thanks for the information!
