Pretty much as the title suggests. Has anyone found a team that comprises solely of unique rebels that isn't half bad? Doesn't have to be hugely competitive, I just don't want to lose every game!

It'd be tough to replace eRangers 12 points because they give you 3 figures and 21 health and access to the meta Hunter cards.
I'd try this:
Jedi Luke (12) + Motivation (1)
Davith Elso (6)
Lando (6)
Hera (4)
Gideon (3)
Chopper (3)
Mak (3)
C3P0 (2)
SoS, Force Illusion, Force Surge, Meditation, Vanish, Cheat to Win, Intelligence Leak, Negation, Tough Luck, Devotion, Element of Surprise, On a Mission, Planning, Position Advantage, Take Initiative.
With Planning/Devotion, you should be able to get SoS quickly. Use C3P0 and Gideon to focus Mak and Lando. Mak and Davith can use Intelligence Leak which is awesome.

Don't see Chewie often, so loving his inclusion!
I've played an all smuggler/Leader list that I like
Han~Jyn~Lando~Hera~3PO~Gideon~Diplomatic Mission/RHC/Balance of the Force/Smuggler's run and you still have room for Chopper/Allied Smuggler (then you lose the Heroic effort) whoever.

Hey! This is a list I plan on playing at a Store Championship in the next few days – I think it’s as good as any list built around Heroic Effort can be.
Heroic Effort – 0
On a Diplomatic Mission – 1
C-3P0 – 2
Gideon Argus – 3
Hera Syndulla – 4
Jyn Odan – 5
Lando – 6
Obi Wan – 7
Jedi Luke - 12
Most of the power of this list is built into Obi Wan and Luke – in that they can basically eviscerate any high health, black-die characters. Because of the threat they present, they can control objectives reasonably well. Hera is an obvious inclusion since she is an incredibly powerful character for her cost. On top of that, I included Jyn and Lando because they offer the ability to Stun enemy units, which most players don’t often need to play around. With a focus and Hera’s Call the Shots ability, it’s relatively easy to apply the stun most rounds.

I think we'll see a lot more heroic effort once Han/Chewie fix and ahsoka come out.
In a heroic list, solid ranged attacks are limited, so you can consider regular Luke or Leia. Also need a handful of lower costed figures for dying (Mak/Loku) since that triggers heroic effort
IF I had to make a list today, I'd try out: JLuke, Leia, Gideon, 3PO, Hera, Murne, Loku, Balance of the Force, Rebel High Command, heroic effort.

Yeah, sadly Diala doesn't match up to Obi Wan. He has got a potentially brutal attack, an auto evade and more health. Diala's abilities are great, she just needs a little more in terms of defence and surges.
I still rather like HotR Luke. He's clearly not as good as his Jedi form, but the rerolls are nice and I like the figure.

I brought this to a Store Championship this past week and went 3-1 with it. People drastically underestimate stun as a condition that you can apply at will (with focus and Hera it is incredibly easy to apply at least once a round). I think there's a lot to explore in the Rebel factions that most players overlook. I'm excited to keep trying it out.
