I thought of that, still think I am the band, their name is "Rebeldes" xD

That should say unvote - stupid autocorrect
Well.. I'm going to keep my vote for now. Simply because @Visovics is a self-confessed Rebel and I do believe him (I tend to believe Rebel confessions) and because he's obviously not going to die today.
11 Players alive = 6 to Hammer. 10 1/3 Hours Until Night

Unless the medic makes the wise decision, which then redirects the target to someone other than me who I can try to protect if I manage to get right who it is

I thought you said you die instead of the person if you choose to protect them? In that case, if the Hutts night kill you, they really just did your job better than you could even do yourself; since you would have to randomly guess who the hutts are going after, only to die if you got it right anyway.

So that you can die anyway?

I am largely positive that if the medic protects me I don't die if protecting someone, altough this may only come useful if I am a target, otherwise it would be the same effect as a normal medic.
So can anyone else who's played Mafia with a bunch of roles before tell me if it's normal to have a bodyguard who dies when using his ability? If not, it seems like a sub-par ability, perhaps something a Hutt would think of?

I've seen it before a couple of time. Most of the time it's also paired with a second life or something like that, though. Kind of like a one-shot protect, but you can sacrifice yourself for a second protect if you really want to (like to protect a Cop role or something like that).
Good to know, just checking.

Sounds legit. Essentially he's a bit better version of a regular villager. Weak roles like this allow for more variabilty without making one of the factions overpowered

By the way, its time for some our less active players to speak up. You cant slip this NiP. I wanna see what you got going on.

I am aware that it is, never fear!
It's just that I have nothing to add that hasn't already been said. I am not convinced of anybody's guilt, nor do I think that anybody pressing voting or passing is by definition a Hutt, since both sides have their merit. Anybody really pressing a side may seem suspicious, but then again it could just be honest conviction. While I don't necessarily believe Visovics, I know of nothing that says that he's lying, and since he's likely to die tonight anyway (either he protects somebody who is a target, and dies, or is the target, and dies)*, it seems pointless to potentially waste a good role on the flimsy evidence of a Day 1 discussion. Thus, I think I shall side with @Truthiness and
#vote no one
at least until something particularly suspicious comes up, since otherwise we are blindly shooting in the dark. Last game we lynched our cop, this game we almost lynched a potential protector - it's just too risky.
*Baring Medical intervention or dishonesty anyway
We need flotillas.

We then turn this into a "Mafia is dead" thread and somebody jumps in to say squadrons make the 48 hour days longer

They actually make the game longer
So taking what Visovics said as a true or at least as a risky choice:
Do we go with the other two (norell or truthiness) or just skip the lynching?
I think the logic of a hutt being against the lynching works but I am not sure about anyone.
I have a hard time feeling comfortable throwing anyone else on the block currently.
