When I had started, I was not expecting to be hosting for a friend for 2 weeks. She has a teaching seminar for work and it's 20 minutes from where we live. And work has blown up since we got bought by a bigger company who has set stricter deadlines than we had before. And I'm trying to juggle real Armada and those tournaments.

I feel bad since I was excited about this tournament and a lot of effort has gone into organizing it. But it is what it is. I plan on doing more tournaments later when things calm down.

You gotta set the tone..... that means missing these deadlines whilst professionally constantly reminding them that the deadlines are unfeasible. Its just manuever tool wagging.

I'm not management so I don't make the rules. I just make sure all my work gets done and pass it on.

Not sure if @Green Knight got my message, but I have to concede to @Tokra . My schedule has been crazy busy, and he was nothing but accommodating.
