Just out of curiosity, since it's been a long time since playing epic, but with the imperial raider can I shoot each of its secondary weapons at different targets or do they have to be at the same target?

You can target different ships with each of the secondaries. You don't have to predeclare them either, you can wait to see how the current attack plays out before deciding where the next attack is aimed.
