any input into this list and how to fly it would be appreciated. I have flown dash a few times but I haven't tried out Poe. I have a tournament Saturday and I'm concidering this list.

Your list doesn't have the offensive firepower to get good mileage out of Scavenger crane + countermeasures. Dash is a very well-defined build by now, and Rage in particular messes with it. Double-stress on an arc-dodger is setting yourself up for failure.
What about something like this:
Poe Dash (98)
Dash Rendar (52) - YT-2400
Lone Wolf (2), Heavy Laser Cannon (7), Rey (2), Outrider (5)
Poe Dameron (46) - T-70 X-Wing
Expertise (4), R2-D2 (4), Sensor Cluster (2), Black One (1), Autothrusters (2)
Still 2 points to play with. Burnout SLAM or retain the initiative bid.
I agree on rage.
Rolotomasi 's build is pretty good.
Another way to go is something like this.
Poe Dameron (PS9) (33)
Push the Limit (3)
R2-D2 (4)
Pattern Analyzer (2)
Vectored Thrusters (2)
Black One (1)
Dash Rendar (36)
Lone Wolf (2)
Heavy Laser Cannon (7)
Rey (2)
Smuggling Compartment (0)
Countermeasures (3)
Outrider (5)

Gives you a stress less 2 action Regen poe with both br and boost. Could remove counter measures and add different illicit varying on initiative . (Burnout, garbage shute, feedback etc.)
BlackOut (98)
Poe Dameron (43) - T-70 X-Wing
Push The Limit (3), BB-8 (2), Pattern Analyzer (2), Black One (1), Autothrusters (2)
Dash Rendar (55) - YT-2400
Push The Limit (3), "Mangler" Cannon (4), Kanan Jarrus (3), Outrider (5), Engine Upgrade (4)
This is my Poe/Dash list. I'm 3-1 with it. The loss was against Dengar and Fenn, and the game was basically decided by initiative bid. It beat pre-nerf Defenders, I haven't tried it recently because of all the anti-Ace kit running amok.

How well is the mangler working versus HCL? I've always like the 4 dice attack on Dash, but never used the mangler version.

The Mangler has a harder time against token stackers. Closing the Range 1 donut opens maneuvering and action options for Dash. Most of my opponents are so used to seeing HLC on Dash, they forget to account for the difference when trying to predict my maneuvers.

Makes sense. And not having a doughnut hole on Dash would be nice, but the extra dice on each attack is nice too. So, I guess it's personal preference
If you give Poe BB-8, you don't have to worry about the "donut". Because of his extra maneuverability, he can just flank them very easily if they try to range 1 Dash. I also recommend giving Poe Intensity (when it comes out).

I think Intensity Poe with BB-8, the title, and comm relay is going to be huge. The action economy, plus the ability to deny ordinance is game changing. I can't wait for the next wave to come out.

I agree. The problem is that Scum gets that level of action economy, and still gets to pair their ace with an absurd tank like Dengar or Manaroo or Tel Trevura. I wish that the Intensity/BB-8 Poe was just a bit cheaper so he could be paired with Fat Han.

Yeah, but I do think he has the potential to compliment a Super Dash. And to be frank, my biggest problem with super dash is he never had anybody that could keep up with him. Miranda or Nora just become big fat targets, than you spend the rest of the game chasing Dash. I think Poe could definitely change that.
For speed, I like Jake (especially with Intensity). The problem is that he doesn't hit hard enough. Prockets helps, but I don't think it's good enough.
Also, does Corran fit in a Dash list? If so, he might be a good choice as well.

Corran and Dash do not fit together fully loaded. You have to comprimise both of them. That doesn't mean it's a bad list.

The mangler version doesn't work well with Poe, since both their damage outputs are so low. If you run Corran instead of Poe, Mangler is the better choice.

Dash Rendar (55)
YT-2400 Freighter (36), Push the Limit (3), “Mangler” Cannon (4), Kanan Jarrus (3), Outrider (5), Engine Upgrade (4)
Corran Horn (45)
E-Wing (35), R2-D2 (4), Advanced Sensors (3), Push the Limit (3)
The only compromise is no Engine Upgrade on Corran, which I rarely fly him with anyway.
Engine Upgrade isn't important on Corran. In this context, he is a flanker, rather than a traditional ace. His job is to punish anyone who tries to get into range 1 of Dash. So, he really doesn't need to do any arc dodging.
This is how I usually run Corran:
Corran Horn (50) - E-Wing
Lone Wolf (2), R2-D2 (4), Sensor Jammer (4), Flechette Torpedoes (2), Stealth Device (3)
It pairs well with Miranda. Not so much with Dash.

That's a crazy defensive Corran build. I like it, but it's 50 points which hurts me. Do you have any problems losing the stealth device early?
Stealth Device is always a gamble. Sometimes it lasts an entire game. Sometimes I blank out on the first defensive roll. Usually it's good enough to justify the points.
A defensive Corran build doesn't really help here. You need something to protect Dash, not mess around dodging arcs and not dying. You need him to hit like a truck, and by taking sensor jammer you lose FCS. That said, I think Lone Wolf seems like a good idea. So does Stealth Device, if you can reliably keep it.
Back to the intensity Poe idea (sorry Corran fans)
Dash Rendar (36)
Lone Wolf (2)
Heavy Laser Cannon (7)
Rey (2)
Outrider (5)
Poe Dameron (PS9) (33)
Intensity (2)
R2-D2 (4)
Comm Relay (3)
Autothrusters (2)
Black One (1)

I still prefer R2 over BB8 for the regen (maybe I am a scaredy cat). Still have 3 points, but I think initiative at PS9 is going to be a big deal, though an argument for feedback array on Dash to close the donut can always be made.
Stick with BB. If you're running Intensity, you have to commit to the arc-dodge role, and R2 does not help that. If you want to use R2, use Lone Wolf instead of intensity. That way, you have a more committed jouster build.

But Lone Wolf is already on Dash, maybe go back to Expertise?
Oh, I didn't see that. Expertise on Dash seems pretty solid, but it is redundant with Rey. I suppose you could use Jan Ors or C-3PO in place if Rey.
