Dace Bonearm and Cool Hand

I have Dace Bonearm with Cool Hand and EMP. Dace pops the EMP, and several ships all are to receive ion tokens.

Does Dace's ability work like mindlink and stress where

-I choose the order the ion tokens are assigned and assign one ion token to the first ship

-proc Dace's ability, taking a stress, triggering cool hand (remove stress, take a focus/evade token and flip the card)

- then issue a second ion token to the same ship (or waiting for the next ship), and take another stress token to cause another damage?

You would be correct about the ordering, except for the fact that Cool Hand doesn't remove stress. It just gives you a Focus or Evade token in addition to the stress you just received. So the combo you're trying to do here doesn't work at all.

If you could equip Electronic Baffles on a HWK, then you could do something like this.

Woops. Missed that part.

If he could remove the stress, then ion the next ship, doesn't the once per opportunity apply here? Would he be able to damage multiple ships?

I'm trying to learn from reading this thread. IS it possible then to setup a hawk with the intention of suiciding in order to cause damage to enemy ships then with the electronic baffle card?

No. HWK does not have the system slot.

If it did, each ion token is a separate opportunity so it could work. But for instance Dace could give a damage if something gets conner netted during the activation phase, clear the stress with a green then do it again in combat.

You can in theory use Dace three times in one turn.

PS 6 (or lower) drops a Conner Net directly on top of an enemy ship. Ion and damage, Dace takes stress and deals an additional damage.

Dace moves and clears stress. A third ship dropped an Ion Bomb which detonates at the end of activation. Ions a ship at range 1, Dace takes a stress and deals an additional damage.

At the start of combat a friendly ship with Wingman removes Dace's stress from Ion Bomb. Dace shoots Ion Cannon Turret and hits, dealing a damage and ion, Dace takes a stress and deals an additional damage.
