While organizing my cards from the new Daqan Infantry Command, I noticed I was missing a particular card from BOTH boxes, so it was likely a sorting error as I got both boxes together at the same time. I contacted Customer Service on Thursday afternoon, and received a response Friday morning that the cards had shipped, and received them yesterday (Tuesday).
I just wanted to give them a shoutout as the process was simple and fast. The online form was easy to find and use. They definitely deserve some kudos for the speed and reliability at which they provide customer service. I know that maybe not every experience people have had may be the best, but mine was and I wanted to let them know I appreciate it.
