I'm trying to guess what this card is based on the info in the new fan. Looks like it may have something that allows you to reassign ion tokens? If so, that could be a possible buff for Dace Bonearm?

I would dig buff for Dave Bonearm! I used to play him more, but Ion effects are bit gone to them moment.
Honestly, it seems like a companion piece for the Pulse Ray Shielding. Doesn't that card sound more appealing with a way to pass off the ion to an enemy?

Much better if that's truly what it does. It's all well and good to pair it with feedback so you can regen the health when you're ioned anyway, but even better if you can use it and...not be ioned the next round.

Agreed. And with the price reductions, the Khiraxz is already getting the PRS at one point. Assuming the Ion Discharge has a range of 1 (seems reasonable), I'd bet it will cost 2, maybe 3 points (1 maybe 2 it's the new title). That's sounding mighty fine.
