Just wondering? I know it doesn't trigger on boost or barrel roll, correct? But what about AA? I don't think it's a maneuver, because you don't loose your action if you bump.

Yes. AA is a manoeuvre so it triggers anything triggered off a manoeuvre, including Snap Shot.

You don't lose your action because there's no action to lose.

You don't always get to do an action after a manoeuvre - only when it's your normal activation phase manoeuvre. Likewise, bumping only makes you lose your action if you bump during that normal manoeuvre.
