My question is this: Do you think it's better to have Biggs as above, Jess pava (same setup) or a stresshog. I've tested it with Biggs once and won against my friend's tournament list. The tournament is a ~16 person "casual" event (I don't have all details).

I don't think you could field that list without Biggs and expect Miranda to survive any amount of time. Anyone else in his place and Miranda is probably dead by the second round of combat or forced out of the fight, leaving her wingmates to die sad and alone.

I can fly miranda well enough.

It's not an issue of how well you fly her. Miranda is a big, expensive target. As your opponent, I want her to die first because she is the most dangerous and gains the most points for me.
