I think it would be more worth to change that Jamming field for a comms net, or if you drop some points for a slicer tools, other than that, I'll let the actually experienced players give feedback

That Victory II will probably never get to proc the Overload Pulse, and so the Avenger title is going to probably not ever really come into play for the price you are paying for it.

Also, you're probably going to want Leading Shots instead of SW7's on the ISD, and not gonna want Needa either on it.

I have tried the OL pulse and Avenger combination and got it to work occasionally but opponents see it coming. You shoot with the VSD then the enemy move the victim ship away or out of arc of the Avenger.

If you drop OL pulse then there isn't really a need for Screed so Moti or Moff JJ would be better. On the bright side the new wave 6 capacitor card will let the VSD use blue dice at long range for a turn so the combo could be easier to achieve.

Avenger and Sppressor is also a good combination at least for targets with only one brace.

I'd beg to differ - this build allows him to consistently deal 7 damage. This means he/she can make more calculated attacks and actually not take that many risks when an attack is made. The damage margin is between 7 and 12 for this build while without needa and leading shots it is anywhere between 0 (though very unlikely) and 12. This has been discussed before and it is a matter of preference.

What do you recommend change in roster?

Swap Needa for Agent Kallus and swap SW7 for leading shots. If you find you don't need a blue accuracy just discard one to re-roll other blue/red accuracies and red blanks.

Change OL Pulse for leading shots and add APTs to the Raider.

Supressor on the flotilla to work with Avenger and I think I would prefer a Coms net to the jamming field. 4 Ties won't last long even with a jamming field and certainly won't kill anything with -1 dice.

Finally Motti or Jerjerrod as a commander. If you swap the raider for another Flotilla you could try Sloane and add more ties to pad out the points.
