Advanced Sensors (3), Navigator (3), Advanced Cloaking Device (4)

This Whisper is immune to Expertise and painful to Mindlink. I tried to maximize Echo's ability to be anywhere. Here's the dare: pretend VI and Adaptability don't exist and pick EPT's for these Phantoms.

Asajj shuts down either one of em anyway and you see him everywhere nowadays.

@Kalandros I've played Phantoms against Asajj. It isn't easy, but her ability can be outflown. It would be harder with Echo at PS6, but not impossible. Either way, this build challenge is just for giggles; if I cared that much about netlists or meta I wouldn't fly double Phantoms at all. Now, do you have an opinion on my original question, or are you too scared of Lady Ventress to try?

I'm thinking @Hawkstrike nailed it with Expertise for Whisper.

Echo has me split between Lone Wolf, Push the Limit or Outmaneuver.
