Was playing some X-wing recently and got talking to one of the guys about Kickstarter and crowdfunding stuff. He seemed to know a lot about it, and it turns out he is a phd student and his dissertation is on equity crowdfudning. It was cool to learn something about equity crowdfudning (Shark Tank the Play at Home Edition, as he would call it) and how its different than stuff like Kickstarter. Also all the ins and outs about trying to get it legalized in the US and how much the SEC really hates it was super interesting to hear. It was fun chatting with him and since I seemed interested in the topic he asked if I could help him out. He is looking for people to take an online survey for his dissertation and asked me if I would and to send it to anyone I know that may be interested.

Well I don't really know you all and have no clue if you are interested but figured if you are bored enough to be checking around here like me you got some time to help out a fellow X-winger so I figured I would bring it here. The survey asks you to read some stuff about a fake company like a Kickstarter pitch and then just asks a few questions about your feelings about the offer.
