Hey all! I remember this being an issue in the days of Legacy (particularly when the Targs were brand new....ahh those were the days!), but if a character has been the target of a Lost Oasis and is declared as a solo attacker, then before stealth is declared its strength is reduced to 0, can it declare stealth and kneel a character still (assuming its Str isn't raised above 0 before it comes time to declare stealth)? I promise I searched the new FAQ and even did a forums search before I posted this...so forgive me this has come up before

if that happened, and you had a title (Lord Commander of the Kingsguard in a Mil challenge, for example), the bonus of the title would apply, wouldn't it?

Yup. In fact, 0-STR characters are often declared in challenges just for their contribution to Stealth, Deadly and/or Renown.

And yes, the 0-STR character counts as a participating character, so if you get STR bonuses to the total challenge STR for having a participating character (like on the titles or the Stark plot), those bonuses count.
