Here is a crazy idea for a gamemode
One player is the grand army of the Republic, they can choose ships from any any one faction
The Clone player can only bring named pilots, but they can clone those pilots and unique upgrade cards.
The Separatist Player is the droids, they can only bring generics and generic non unique upgrades. Catch though, they get a three point discount on every ship they bring.
Who wins? Four jess Pava's? or 11 Academy pilots?
five zeta leaders? or 8 A wing prototype pilots?
Lots of weird balance issues come up, but it would allow for some really cinematic images and hilarious shenanigans. From a fun standpoint, as long as nobody tried to power game, it's sure to bring laughs and smiles around.
