If not:

Can i use it on only one roll? Or twice if I have 2 focus tokens?

One focus per attack roll. Same as 4LOM.

Sort of, but not really. For the purposes of things that say "when attacking" or "when defending", they are treated as two attacks. They're only treated as one attack for effects that say "after attacking", "after defending" or "when you declare the target".

No. The ability only applies to one shot at a time. One Focus, one shot.

If you have two Focus, you could spend one on each shot, because it is not a "once per round" ability. When no limit is stated, an ability becomes "once per opportunity" by default. TLT gives you a total of two opportunities to trigger "when attacking" abilities.
