I'm trying to discern what the Upcoming Products status actually means.
ie. the Latari elves are "at the printer 5/8"
ie. Ankaur is on the boat 5/5

In anyone's experience do these translate into rough dates for release in stores? How long before painting my command sets do I need to wait for the Heroes and Extra Rune Golems/Carrion Lancers? I can't wait to field more, but I'm holding the line on buying a 2nd base box.
My LGS says they are looking at 4-6 weeks between waves so I'm expecting the next one around the end of June or beginning of July
My FLGS store manager says his orders are placed and all additional announced expansions, including Latari Elves but not including Heavy Crossbowmen or Death Knights, are expected to be on the shelves in his store either June 8th or June 15th.
Mid-June? I like the sound of that!

The dates he gave me could be wrong. But this is from the same guy that gave me the pic of the Runewars Factions poster back in early January, months before we got confirmation of Uthuk and Latari from the early promo boxes lore book.
Also, with the "Pre-Order Latari" announcement up on the home page, a release 2-3 weeks from now sounds about right.

They're still "printing" so I doubt that. I could see the rest of Daqan and Waiqar coming sooner though but I'd still guess early July on them.

To address your actual questions about status on the upcoming page (not saying that the discussion at hand is off topic, nor unhelpful, mind you):
The dates you see are when that product changed to it's current status. At the printer can go for a long time. There isn't really any standard or pattern that I've noticed. On the boat typically lasts 6-8 weeks. After it is on the boat it moves to shipping now and a street date will be posted, typically the Thursday two weeks after it moves to shipping now.
Update: my store manager now says that Latari and Essentials pack look to be a July release. Still expecting all other core box unit expansions between the 8th and 15th of June.
I am too slow of a painter to keep up to that pace

It means the ones with the 5/26 date had some kind of update to their status on 5/26 (two days ago). We aren't privy to what changed, but it could mean they are further along than the others. After over half a decade of following FFG, I still haven't decoded their Upcoming page.
A little off topic but 5/26 they added a tournament army building sheet to the mini website

Yes, but the dates show the last update and sometimes they update to the same status, like from on the boat to on the boat. The date changes, but the status doesn't. I haven't figured out what that means.
And those estimates can vary widely.
