IF SWM20 is the SSD...

Last two Tournaments, we hit even Numbers, so I didn't have to.

Being Statistically Abysmal has had me on a down patch for quite some time... Very much a "I'm maneuvering well, and I'm not making mistakes there - but 6 blanks rerolled into 5 blanks and an ACC... ITS NOT MY FAULT?!"

You ought to use more of those blue dice with SW7 batteries...

Rebels don't really have the platform for it. Since, y'know, I only own 2 CR90s

The Battle Cruiser can take it.

I could get you some custom red dice with smiley faces instead of the blanks to cheer you up if that helps?

Can, but again, not the best platform for it, with all of those Reds.

I mean, the Home One can take it, too... But again, not exactly the best platform for it.

If the Rebels had a dice layout similar to an Interdictor - then I'd go "There. There's the better platform for it."

I'm in the camp of: I think they can do it; I hope they will.

Also, I don't think that if they do it, they have to give the Rebels one too. The Rebels are hardly hurting for stuff. They're winning the tournaments, they've had one more ship since the beginning. They have two large ships compared to the Empire's one (which is just downright perverse!).

FFG: Give us the SSD; I have faith you can do it; and screw the Rebels.

But, yeah, it's all been said before.

Also, while I do concern myself for Dras' health, I think he could survive eating a TIE squadron.

Does he eat it complete with stand and cardboard? And are the fighters painted with nontoxic colors? Important questions...

Important questions indeed.

Regrettably, they are only questions that he can answer.
The more he soft-pedals on the specifics, the more we must test his faith.

Maybe Core Set Two will have two imperial ships, and it'll all have balanced out in the end.

Can it be seasoned? Everything goes down easy with butter and pepper.

Well, not everything, surely. I mean imagine putting butter and pepper on your strawberry shortcake?

Yeah, definitely need to add at least some pesto for that.

Yikes! They say taste buds don't exist, I guess you prove it! :D

Well, all I can actualyl confirm of this is I don't actually own any Un-Painted TIE Squadrons... But all of the paint in my house is non-toxic, due to the presence of a Toddler...

I mean, I used to be a Horrid Brush-Licker anyway... So that side of its no big deal anyway.

Admonition will still get in its rear arc and wreck it...

T'was not an A-Wing, but Demolisher that killed the beast...

Agreed. Hopefully only the empire gets a huge ship. I play both sides and like how different they are and I hope the sides stay unique.

Zombie, yavaris, Norra powered bwings backed up by bomber command will still end it like they do any ship.

More like 1 zombie A-Wing will bring it down...

I don't think Rieekan was present at Endor?

Rieekan's ability stays in effect till the end of the trilogy.

SSD is at a hiding no nothing, no matter what.

FFG balance it an they may as well sell a block of cheese with it. The whine will be incredible from Imperial players.

FFG give it the power it deserves and poof goes anything in firing arc. Then people start the OP threads.

As they did with the CR90 they will do the opposite with the SSD. CR90 can actually do damage to a ISD... Made the ship playable within the game. They will need to SSD t make it playable within the game. Heavy hitter but scaled down to make it playable. It will be epic play and campaign play only as the Corvette and raider in Xwings. No SSD in standard 400 point games.

Meh.

it doesn't have a Death Star Super laser on it. It wasn't vaporizing Rebel cap ships at Endor.

Yes it needs a lot of firepower. But not overwhelmingly so. What it really needs is some tough defenses. Highest hull in game. Highest Shields in game. Most defense tokens in game.

The Only reason the executor went down was because of dumb luck... or the force willed it.

I had a thought.... I know scary but hear me out.

In Xwings they added a tie advanced to the raider because they struggled to sell the blockade runner, at least this is what I hear. The new C-ROC cruiser epic ship has an A-3 interceptor.

I think they will add something to the SSD also. What do you think, some squadrons? Or a small ship in the expansion? A Raider with alternate paint scheme? I'm curious on all of your thoughts.

An awings squadron with Arvel Crynyd unique card. Haha ability: If the SSD displaces Arvel the SSD automatically crashes into the death star and explodes in 80s Special effects fashion.

Sato and Toryn turn them into great blue dice ships. But then you're taking Sato and a Cattle Bruiser...
