Hmm, this one is rather tough to judge atm. It could be a difficult removal card to pull off in many situation (i.e. against certain clans).
I'll say that it will largely depend on the honor and dishonor card pool. Right now, it looks to be far easier to make a personality honored than it does to make one dishonored. Because of that, the Scorpion clan might benefit from this card more than the Crane might. Cards like Rumormonger will really be helpful in using the card to better target troublesome personalities.

Good point. It would have been more versatile if it said something like: remove one fate, then discarded the character if it was dishonorable. Still shameful display will combo with it nicely.
