It's part 1 because this batch of questions focused on Rejoice for You are true. There will be two more about the other two adventures when I finish going through those.
1. What is the drug Spur? Described to be used by nobles on low hivers that they have in their mock plays?
———— > It’s a drug from Necromunda; treat it like Slaught or Obscura. If you have Black Crusade, it’s on page 183 of the core rulebook.
2. How long do fashion "seasons" last on Scintilla?
———— > As long as the GM wants
3. Do you have a suggestion for profiles to use for Silas, Vogel, and Claris from the Barking Saint?
————— > Really up to the GM, and which way they want the characters to work in their campaign. You could use a basic human and then add appropriate talents as needed.
4. The Acolytes meet Orday on Day 2, he will set up a meeting three days hence to get the data slate.
So why is the meeting stated to be on Day 4?
———— > It should be on Day 4.
5. Profile suggestions for Lady Borella, Sorkat Authwaite, Malene Trun, Lord Verence, or Counsellor Abroag?
———— > See #3.
6. What/When was the decision behind making Touched by the Fates? It seems like Theodosia would have it.
————— > I think it was just a realization that something like it was needed when we got into doing more books. Ditto with some of the other talents like Razor Sharp.
7. Just out of curiosity, did the ffg team ever flesh out much of The Fall of Cyperen? Sounds like an interesting play.
———— > Nope, but sounds like an indeed cool thing for groups to do.
8. Who does Elsergi Krin choose as a second?
————— > The default is Sorkat Authwaite as per page 34, but if it’s not him then the GM should device another NPC to play the role (unless a noble PC does).
9. Supposing one of the acolytes seconds the duel, what could they bargain for in terms of how the duel might go?
—————> Perhaps to second blood, or touches only, or to use other weapons, or pretty much anything the PC wants try and get away with
10. Are the dueling swords anything more than common quality?
———— > I’d make them Scarce at the least. If desired, they could be heirloom swords, with gemstones in the hilts, and so on.
11. If the acolytes don't duel Krin, then are we supposed to assume that he picks a fight with someone else?
———— > If the GM wants to, but it’s not mandatory. Having an NPC fight an NPC is pretty boring, but clever PCs could arrange for this to cause a diversion.
12. What profile should be used for the armsmen that are protecting the inside of the Alabaster Court?
——— > Any standard fighter type is ok, depending on how potent the GM wants them to be based on the PCs level.
13. Are the merecary profiles in the back given for them being informed for heavy combat or light by Theodosia?
Either way how would their profile change?
———— > The latter. If desired, the GM can give them some heavy stubbers or flamers, with talents as needed to use them.
14. Supposing the acolytes don't take up Laurent's cover idea, but still want to remain under cover. Any suggestions?
———— > Really up to the players as to what they want to try, and the GM improvising along with their suggestion. I’d add some social penalties for turning him down though on his fine offer.
15. Suggestion for a profile for Kronis Estrun?
———— > Any kind of noble born NPC profile works here.
16. Suggestion for a profile to use for the servitors that the Serrated Querry make out of the psyker's remains?
———— > regular monotask servitor, like the one on page 344 of the core rulebook.
17. An addition to Question #6, supposing I wished to give Theodosia the Touched by the Fates trait, what amount would you recommend to give?
———— > 1, maybe 2.
