If I have a dwarf ranger in my quest zone and i loose 2 units in 1 turn, does dwarf ranger deal 1 dmg, or 2 dm (1 for each dwarf unit i loose)?

1 for each. Note that it kicks in separately I think, so it's 2x 1dmg, not 1x 2dmg, in case of Toughness etc.

He is deadly one especially combined with Grudge Thrower (allowing to sacrifice a unit multiple times), you may burn down enemy capitol pretty fast unless he has Contested Fortress or Defent the Border quest
