Under "My Collection" where you choose all the expansions you own, there should also be a list of monsters that are available on the FFG Arkham Horror Premium Figures page so you can individually select the additional monsters you own so they can be randomly spawned in the scenarios. There are some cool looking miniatures I would love to add!

It could work, but they'd also have to add the monster's tile mechanics somewhere into the game's components too.
