So who's dug up some old Sith lords in their campaigns? And who did you use? Were they the main adversary? A mentor? An ally?

Unless you're running a campaign with Dark side PCs it's hard to justify an ancient Sith lord being anything but a major, major antagonist. Those guys weren't exactly cuddly.

No, but we got a true Sith as an ally against someone using crazy alchemy.

Hey even Sith can do good sometimes

I've modeled some villains (Inquisitors, Bounty Hunters, etc.) off of some of my favorite Sith Lords (Darth Kas'Im, Darth Cognus, Darth Zannah - though she isn't really a favorite...), but since the only games I've ran are not only post-"Rule of Two" but ABY, I haven't had much opportunity to insert "true" Sith Lords.
