Hello! First time posting to a forum of any kind!

Just want to lead off by saying that I am not an artist at all. If it wasn't for Sorastro's videos, I would so lost. But, with a little encouragement from my girlfriend, I grabbed some Citadel paints and some baddies and tried my first miniatures.

Still need some practice on shading, and getting enough self esteem to try adding eyes on humans, but hopefully I will have more miniatures posted in the future!

The AT-ST has a really nice weathered look!

Really like the base on IG-88.

So far so good. I really must say I haven't seen a paint job yet that hasn't looked spectacular. I believe we are our own toughest critics.

Today after work I'm going to pick up another ? Might be addicted ?

Thinking of going with the Bantha Rider over the actual core set. Sounds crazy, but I'm actually having more fun painting than I think I would have playing at this point.
