Hi guys!

What is the differemce between a regular attachment and an elite one? I mean cards like "feeding frenzy" or "cross training".

Another question about elites: i saw in the rulebook that some game effect that only affect regular cards don't take effect on elite cards but... can you tell me some of this effects in an example?

Elite attachments have the same restrictions as deployment so you have 4 targeting computers but only two feeding frenzies.

An ability may specify whether it works/requires a regular, elite, unique, or non-unique deployment card. Abilities working on deployment cards do not affect skirmish upgrades unless explicitly specified.

And yeah, using regular / elite / unique for the skirmish upgrades are for limiting the number of them to 4 / 2 / 1 per army, in addition to other explicit restrictions, and in addition to only being able to use skirmish upgrades of your own army's faction - because Temporary Alliance does not work on skirmish upgrades.

The one example that comes to mind is the CI Comlink supply card (Campaign mode) working only on regular deployment cards. I don't play skirmish, but I am sure there are abilities that work on non-uniques or uniques.
