I was thinking that the Quasars can activate first and second, spending the Disposable Capicitors to take a long range shot, then use Flight Commander to drop their fighters from Rapid Launch Bays. The Pursuant would take the bombers and try and drop them right on a ship and the Stronghold would take the fighter screen and drop them in the middle of a furball. Follow up lastly with Avenger.

It appears I forgot to add the point cost of Soan

My big worry would be that to use RLB you need to get close, you therefore risk the quasars being hit and knocked out before you can activate the fighters. A RLB platform needs to be able to take a hit and I'm not sure the quasars can, unless you add something like ECM or blast doors, but that limits you to one unit.
