Basic questions

I have a couple questions that I can't immediately find answers for.

1) Can you play conflict cards during the Dynasty Phase? Only situation I can think of when I would want to do this is to equip the enhancement that removes fate off of a unit. Hopefully the opponent seeing the enhancement on the table will be enough to make them think about not putting extra fate on the big units they play......in effect doing what I want the enhancement to do anyways. But there could be other times I may want to play a conflict card during the Dynasty Phase.

2) How big do decks have to be? I've seen different numbers tossed around in the forums, but is there any place that has official minimum and maximum deck sizes?

1. Have to wait until the full rulebook is realeased. I have not seen anything one way or the other on this.

2. I believe it has been said deck size is 40 - 45 cards for each deck.

I don't think it's been said definitively, but we've only seen examples of Conflict cards being played during the Conflict Phase, I believe. However, there are windows of opportunity to play actions before a conflict is declared, so the cards don't necessarily have to be played during a conflict itself.

Idea is to use conflict cards to affect how people make decisions during the Dynasty Phase.

Could also be a stall tactic. Like maybe you take 2-3 conflict card actions just so you can see how an opponent will pay for stuff before deciding which guys you want to play.

Minor quibble: they're not called enhancements. They're attachments.
