Oh, no idea. I've never run Ozzel. Still though, that sounds like a nice trick to have up your sleeve for when your opponent tries to flee or otherwise thinks he's safe. Not saying that means it'll be used constantly, but it does make it appealing.

but yes, it must be fun to mess up with any calculations where you are coming out. But more yaws on the tool are imo better for movement.
but a sudden stop and speedup to 3 or 4 in the next round makes you unpredictable.

not convinced about him. Konstantine, tractor beams and the dictor upgrade all proved that speed shenanigans aren't all that useful.

Actually I remember some Block of Lothal or something like that.

I'm holding off on too much thought into that until we know some more about the unspoiled cards in the Hammerhead expansion. Looking forward to what folks come up with.
