I'll play any faction, but I tend to play Imperial mostly and up until Wave IX I bought every release came out. I'm behind the curve now.

Most of the time yes, though HOTAC is forcing me to play rebels.

I collect pretty much everything and enjoy all three factions, but mostly play Rebels.

Interesting. I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one keeping detailed statistics on games played.

75.7% Rebel
12.8% Scum
11.5% Imperial

Wins percentage by faction:
76.5% Rebel
82.1% Scum
82.9% Imperial

So 3/4 of my games played are as Rebels, but I'm apparently much better with both Scum and Imperials.

I play all three. I consider myself an Imperial player, but I made a Scum list to be able to use my AutoViper, and I play Rebels when my brother's here and I can borrow his ships.

I play all three factions and collect them all. That said, I think I spend 40% of the time scum, 40% of the time rebel, and 20% imperial. Give or take.

I started off getting whatever struck my fancy between Rebels and Imperials, but have since focused on Rebels. I just like the ships better.

That said, I would like to try HotAC at some point, so I have some Imperial ships to buy. Maybe I'll play some with them at game nights or in missions, maybe learn how to fly a swarm. I don't know. But none of the ships really have that appeal. (Except the Phantoms which are difficult to come by here and maybe a Striker should eventually find its way into my collection.)

At this point, the only Scum ship I've remotely thought of getting is the Shadowcaster. I just like how it looks. And I want to repaint the nacelles to look like a couple of the Doctor's sonic screwdrivers...

Yes, with occational Falcon added.

I only play the game with my dad and brother, so we each collect one faction. My dad gets Imperial ships, my brother gets Rebels, and I get Scum. I have a few Imperial and Rebel ships from the days before the Scum faction was released, but haven't bought anything apart from Scum in a long time.

We only use upgrades that we own (we don't proxy cards) and we don't buy upgrade cards from online X-Wing chop shops.

In theory? No.

In practice? I'm a good 70% Imperial

Me too. I have none of the dirty factions.

I'll usually play Scum, but my Scum ship collection is also the smallest of the three factions I have. Probably because the only Scum ships I fly are the IG-2000's (I love IG-88 and his ship ). Other than that, I'd say Imperials are my second-most-used faction, with Rebels in third (amusingly, despite this, Rebels are the only ships I've spent time re-painting!). I like playing all three though - love my Aggressors, but also enjoy flying various Imperial ships and the odd Rebel list.

I'm a two-faction player. No combined Scum&Villany for me, just Rebel scum and villainous Empire

Very much an Imperial or first order player (but not both at once) because #TIEswarmsforlife

I have been Rebel only since I started playing the game around wave 3 and there are two reasons for this:

1. I've always loved the rebel ships and feel no need to fly anything else.

2. Money!

I am predominantly scum but recognize that when i have casual games with friends they will want to play the iconic ships, so I have rebel and Imp ships as well.

Hello my name is Jakob and im a Imperial player. Ive been bombed now for latest year and a half. but im stubborn as **** so i will never play scum,. but nym is my favorite EU char. And the Havoc is sitting so nice on the mantel pice at home.

Play it if it tempts you, treat it as research so you know how to fight it if that makes you more comfortable

Am I a loyal son of the empire? Yes

do I play all factions? Yes

but my go to are the imperials, have been since day one, always will be.

I play Rebels because I identify with their theme personally and find some of the attitudes of the people who worship the Empire distasteful, especially in today's political environment.
