I'm pretty set on this Rey build, but I'm not sure how to kit out Chewie. Ideally he's blocking, still shooting, and making himself a general nuisance. I originally had C-3PO on him instead of Zeb and the Ion Projector, but I don't know that one evade per round is worth it on a ship that's unlikely to see any crits in the first place. Thoughts?

If you want a 'bumpmaster' style ship with Rey I think you are better off with an ORS and putting expertise on Rey.

The best double Falcon list is Lando/Chewie, where they both get Evade/Focus/TL every turn.

Outer Rim Smuggler , the lowest YT pilot and general laughing stock of the meta due to its underwhelming stat line. As @John Rainbow mentioned you're likely better off with a Wild Space Fringer , but then it's not a "double falcon". I would recommend trying the Resistance Sympathizer if you want to shave a few points compared to Chewie. I took this list 3-2 sometime last year:
