I know not everyone appreciates the materials used, but MBM has set up a line of 3 x 6 mats essentially for Runewars/other games that use this size. Just putting this here for those interested. They have a nice range of backgrounds for the mats too.
I've had good luck with ordering PVC banners from PixArt Printing. A 3x6 vinyl banner is about $15 (cost varies a bit based on how quickly you want it). You need to provide the art. They charge about $4.50 to have a human verify your image file before printing. Once you've uploaded a file it's available for future jobs.

They have both the vinyl and rubber mats of various types if you want a US source.

The problem is finding a suitable file for Runewars.
I have used them a lot for X-Wing mats, but Nebulas ans starfields are far easier to come by as files to upload.
If you do have a file that is suitable for a Runewars mat I would love to get a copy of it
